WJ are once more providing dependable dewatering services to rail projects, this time to the prestigious Etihad Rail project. Stage Two of the railway will run over 600km from Fujairah on the east coast to Ghuweifat on the border with Saudi Arabia. It will connect the Emirates via Abu Dhabi, KIZAD, Khalifa Port, Jebel Ali Port, Dubai, Sharjah, Ras al-Khaimah and Fujairah on the East Coast, linking with the existing line at Ruwais, effectively uniting the major industrial ports and trading centres of the country.
WJ Middle East was called in after an existing dewatering contractor struggled to achieve the drawdown using their existing dewatering system. WJ successfully achieved the drawdown within a tight programme on site using a series of deepwells. To find out more detail on how WJ achieved the drawdown please contact us today.
As WJ operate their own fleet of drilling rigs and have a team of experienced operators, they have the flexibility to make adjustments to their installation based on the ground conditions encountered on site. On this project this was the key difference between success and failure.
WJ provide professional solutions based on experience and good design to give reliable pumping solutions. An excellent service will result in an excellent future.
