Storm water Over pumping at Dubai Downtown
Anu Thomas June 7, 2020Dubai Downtown has seen several capacity upgradations since its inception. The existing networks are constantly being enhanced to meet future demand. Areas in and around Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall are being developed with a futuristic outlook.
WJ Middle East undertook the storm water over pumping works using our CD250 diesel centrifugal pumps as the Emaar Boulevard storm water pumping station required scheduled maintenance shutdown. WJ by utilizing their fuel-efficient pumps for this project has enabled the client to save on fuel. We installed our heavy-duty temporary HDPE discharge bypass line up to 250m in length. This line was terminated to the existing live network which discharges to the Business Bay creek outfall. Experienced WJ Crew operated and monitored the project continuously.

Sewage Bypass and Plugging Works
